The pool area is fantastic! the rooms feature large, modern bathrooms and come with a balcony overlooking the lovely garden. the staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile. the location is peaceful and conveniently situated just minutes from the Slipstream Sculpture.

The room was elegant, big with a pleasant view over garden. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV set were a bonus. Location: the hotel was near good local restaurants. Everyone was professional and superfriendly.

We where moved to a double room and had a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels...

The staff were amiable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the location was convenient, with Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station just 5 minutes away. I requested a twin room with a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card, and it was modern and comfortable.

There seems to be a lack of consideration for eco-friendly travelers as there are no charging outlets for electric vehicles.

We loved the hotel's pristine cleanliness, superb staff, and fantastic hotel facilities. The hotel's breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed eating in the scenic gardens. The location was serene, and transportation was convenient.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel's architecture was breathtaking, and the surrounding gardens were meticulously landscaped. the generous pools, though a bit cold, offered privacy and were perfect for a refreshing swim. We also appreciated the friendly staff who always offered a warm welcome. the location was quite rural, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the traditional xmas activities offered such as the carol singing and decorating the tree.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from our overall experience. the breakfast area was quite outdated and in need of a revamp.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in the heart of the countryside. The modern hotel was very elegant and perfectly equipped. Not only did we enjoy the beautiful swimming pool but also the calm location that allowed us to disconnect from the city. The friendly staff made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We also loved the delicious breakfast with abundant options and freshly brewed coffee.

We found it a bit difficult to access the hotel as the road leading up to it was not very convenient. we were disappointed to find out that the restaurant on-site was closed during our stay.
